Diverse International Curricula
SSFLHS offers a wide range of internationally recognized programs, covering academic pathways acknowledged by top universities in the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Europe, and Japan. This diversified curriculum equips students with the academic readiness and global competencies needed for future success.
Personalized Pathways for Every Student

In the first “2” years (Junior Middle School), students follow the Chinese National Curriculum while gradually being introduced to integrated international courses such as globally recognized language programs and foundational science subjects. This helps them adapt to the rhythm of international education while benefiting from the solid academic grounding of the Chinese system, building strong cognitive and learning foundations.

During the middle “2” years, students progressively transition into international high school programs based on their academic readiness and pace. With increasing academic rigor and expanded content, students complete IGCSE, or PreAP courses in 1–2 years depending on individual needs.

In the final “2” years, students complete AS & A-Level or AP courses. A richer selection of electives—international competition courses, specialized arts programs, and more—becomes available. Students make personalized academic choices aligned with their interests and postsecondary plans. This stage deepens their engagement with international education systems and prepares them comprehensively for global university applications.

The “2+2+2” model provides students with sufficient transition periods at each stage. Every two-year phase builds naturally on the previous one, avoiding the academic or emotional shock that can result from abrupt changes in learning environments. Students steadily advance in knowledge, language proficiency, and psychological readiness, entering international education with confidence and a solid foundation for admission to top global universities.
