2023年秋季学期，学生处成功举办了首届苏科中班主任素养大赛和"冬聚慧智 爱满科中"班主任风采展暨班主任年会活动。本学期，我们进一步推进学生管理团队专业化打造，特设2场班主任微论坛沙龙分享、1场班主任基本功大赛（主题班会研讨）与教学管理经验座谈会CPD培训活动：由学生处团队带头组织、分享、交流先进的教学和管理经验，激发教师持续成长的动力。班主任团队是学生管理的主心骨力量，过去一年我们班级管理水平和凝聚力得到了有效提升，年轻的老班主任们日益经验丰富，棘手的问题逐渐抽丝剥茧，团队正朝着人本化，专业化，规划化的工作流程稳步进取。
In the Fall 2023 semester, the Student Affairs Office successfully hosted the first SSTFLS Homeroom Teacher Quality Competition and the "Winter Convergence of Wisdom and Love at SSTFLS" Homeroom Teacher Showcase & Annual Meeting. This semester, we further advanced the professional development of the student management team by organizing 2 Micro-Forum Salon Sessions, 1 Homeroom Teacher Basic Skills Competition (Themed Class Discussion Workshop), and a Teaching Management Experience Sharing CPD training event. Led and facilitated by the Student Affairs team, these activities shared and exchanged advanced teaching and management experiences, motivating teachers towards continuous growth. As the backbone of student management, the homeroom teacher team has significantly improved its class management capabilities and cohesion over the past year. Young veteran teachers are gaining richer experience, complex issues are being systematically resolved, and the team is steadily progressing towards a people-oriented, professional, and standardized workflow.

2023年11月，苏科中融合三部开展了首届【学生管理素养答题PK赛】，满分100的答题，短短几分钟内，多名老师高分交卷，4名老师逼近满分，请为这群优秀的伦华家人们点赞；12月举办的【班主任风采展暨国际部班主任年会】，老师们各显神通，让你知道什么是真正的从诗词歌赋谈到人生哲理。
In November 2023, SSTFLS Integrated Division Three launched its inaugural Student Management Literacy Quiz PK Competition. With a perfect score of 100, multiple teachers submitted high-scoring answers within minutes, and 4 teachers came close to full marks. Let's give a big shout-out to these outstanding members of the Lunhua family! The [Homeroom Teacher Showcase & International Division Annual Meeting] held in December saw teachers showcase their diverse talents, demonstrating true mastery – from poetry and literature to the philosophy of life.

2024年4月学生处组织开展2024官考誓师大会暨学科龘龘闯关活动，8大展台涉及13余门学科，学部过半的中外教老师亲力亲为，设计闯关活动，这是一场毅力与体力的持久战。秉承兼顾学生学科素养提升和大考斗志之火不熄的两全顾虑，学生处自主设计并定制2024专属通关龘龘卡，共同助力今年292名剑桥考生和49名AP考生铆足毅力，跑赢这场大考马拉松。
In April 2024, the Student Affairs Office organized the 2024 Official Exam Pledge Rally & Subject Dragon Challenge Activity. Featuring 8 exhibition booths covering over 13 subjects, more than half of the division's Chinese and foreign teachers personally designed challenge activities, creating a true test of perseverance and endurance. Balancing the dual goals of enhancing students' subject literacy and fueling their exam motivation, the Student Affairs Office independently designed and customized the 2024 Exclusive Dragon Challenge Passport to support 292 Cambridge exam candidates and 49 AP exam candidates in mustering their determination to win this exam marathon.

2024年5月"扩优提质"跨文化大型活动中，融合三部分会场以一系列精心设计的动作计划，贯穿活动的前中后三个阶段，全面展示了科中融合部教师的热情与专业，以及学生们的活力与创新。国际部全体中外教师生共克官考高压，5月17日上午兼顾课容量的同时，精确选定调度参与路演和公开课的学生，涉及3大组别的协调工作——涵盖人文素养、自然科学、音乐之声、有氧律动4大主题路演活动，向来宾彰显科中学子360°的灵动与自信。12位老师全程参与接待，24小时提供直线对接服务，21位会务组老师确保活动的顺利进行。国际部较高的工作效率，基于团队间的顺畅沟通交流。此次活动不仅加深了文化之间的理解和交流，也为我们所有参与者带来了宝贵的经验和启发，成功地实现了活动的目标——扩大影响力并提升整体质量。
During the large-scale cross-cultural "Expanding Excellence, Improving Quality" event in May 2024, the Integrated Division Three venue implemented a meticulously designed action plan spanning the pre-event, event, and post-event stages. This comprehensively showcased the passion and professionalism of SSTFLS Integrated Division teachers and the vitality and innovation of its students. While managing the pressure of official exams and regular class capacity, the entire International Division faculty and students precisely coordinated student participation in roadshows and open classes on the morning of May 17th. This involved complex scheduling across 3 major groups for 4 themed roadshow activities (Humanistic Literacy, Natural Science, Music of Sound, Aerobic Rhythm), brilliantly showcasing the all-round confidence of SSTFLS students to visitors. 12 teachers handled reception duties, providing direct liaison service 24/7, while 21 organizing committee teachers ensured the event's smooth execution. The high efficiency of the International Division stemmed from seamless communication within the team. This event not only deepened cultural understanding and exchange but also provided valuable experiences and inspiration for all participants, successfully achieving its goals of expanding influence and enhancing overall quality.
【“伦华少年”·暖行公益】"Lunhua Youth" · Warm-hearted Philanthropy
2024年官考季落下帷幕后，6月18日融合三部学生处组织6个年级近500名学生、教师代表和家长志愿者将齐聚太湖花海举办夏季音乐节。本次活动举办旨在带领苏科中融合三部全体“伦华少年”徜徉花海音律，齐唱自然之歌，共绘青春色彩。在开放的平台进行大型活动，让师生和家长感受苏科中多元化的人文背景，激发学生关注社会、关注环保等问题的意识，同时我们的美食义卖款项部分计划用于捐献博慧基金会，以便支持偏远山区孩子的学习梦想，培养他们的社会责任感。
Following the conclusion of the 2024 exam season, on June 18th, the Student Affairs Office organized nearly 500 students from 6 grades, along with teacher representatives and parent volunteers, for a Summer Music Festival at Taihu Flower Sea. The event aimed to lead all "Lunhua Youth" of SSTFLS Integrated Division Three to immerse themselves in the sea of flowers and melodies, singing the song of nature together and painting the colors of youth. Hosting a large-scale event on an open platform allowed teachers, students, and parents to experience SSTFLS's diverse cultural background and inspired students' awareness of social and environmental issues. Proceeds from the food charity sale will be partially donated to the Bo Hui Foundation to support the educational dreams of children in remote mountainous areas, fostering their sense of social responsibility.

2024年9月新学期伊始，融合三部迎来了“6C少年团”的诞生。这个组合旨在挖掘具有正面影响力的学生明星，他们将成为融合部学生自主管理的核心力量，并承担起学部对外宣传大使的角色，协助举办各种校园活动。10月6C少年团领袖之夜 - 超级演说家”活动暨多元文化节启幕式。同时，本学期该批同学也承担着校园宣传小讲师，多元文化节系列活动，公共区域管理规划，开放日活动等大小校园生活场景的“主角”，是融合部学生团体第一次彻底身体力行地将荣誉与责任，自信与爱校集中展示在全体师生面前的正式融合，成为了本学期以来学生团体组织、领导、展示对内对外最亮丽最高效的一张名片。
At the beginning of the new semester in September 2024, Integrated Division Three welcomed the birth of the "6C Youth League." This group aims to identify student role models with positive influence. They will form the core of student self-management within the Integrated Division, serve as ambassadors for external promotion, and assist in organizing various campus activities. October featured the "6C Youth League Leaders' Night - Super Orator" event and the opening ceremony of the Multicultural Festival. This semester, these students also took leading roles as campus promotion ambassadors, organizers for Multicultural Festival events, planners for public area management, and hosts for Open Days. This marks the first time the Integrated Division student body has fully embodied and displayed honor, responsibility, confidence, and school pride collectively before the entire community, becoming the most vibrant and efficient student organization for both internal and external representation this semester.

为了进一步秉承传统，再度发挥好搭建家校合作共育平台的作用，学生管理中心2024年12年继续组织开展并举办了第二节苏科中班主任“冬临贤聚，情暖科中”年会活动：
第一环节：新春联趣·巧心市集路演。
第二环节：心理观摩班会课《青春期的那些事儿》
第三环节：年度优秀班主任颁奖，共设3类奖项：“生源保卫战士”——旨在鼓励和表彰维稳生源，具有为学部发展通盘考量的格局观和大局观的班主任老师；“一专多能”班主任教师——旨在发挥跨学科，跨年级等工作量基数庞大身兼一专多能职责的班主任老师；以及学生和教师角度线上评选的“最美班主任”特色奖。评选环节以大数据支持，秉承公平、公正、公开的原则，获奖结果覆盖年级从Y7-Y12年级均有涉猎。
此项活动不仅丰富了学部的德育课程建设，也收到校领导、融合部教师和家长们的支持。
To uphold tradition and further strengthen the home-school co-education platform, the Student Management Center continued its efforts in December 2024 by organizing and hosting the second SSTFLS Homeroom Teacher Annual Meeting: "Winter Gathering of Wisdom, Warmth Fills SSTFLS":
1. Segment 1: Spring Festival Fun - Ingenious Bazaar Roadshow.
2. Segment 2: Psychological Observation Class - "Things About Adolescence".
3. Segment 3: Annual Outstanding Homeroom Teacher Awards. Three award categories were established:
o "Student Retention Champion": Recognizing teachers who proactively stabilize enrollment and demonstrate strategic vision for the division's development.
o "Versatile Expert" Teacher: Honoring homeroom teachers who manage significant cross-disciplinary or cross-grade workloads with diverse skills.
o "Most Beloved Homeroom Teacher" Special Award: Selected through online voting by both students and teachers.
The selection process, supported by data analytics, adhered to principles of fairness, justice, and transparency. Award winners spanned grades Y7 to Y12.
This event not only enriched the division's moral education curriculum but also received strong support from school leaders, Integrated Division teachers, and parents.

2025年官考誓师大会融合了学校发展的几大核心元素：慧智健体（彩虹跑及官考告白）+科学备考（“润心工程”指导）、诚信宣誓（考务须知及集体宣誓）以期体现本次活动的严肃与激情的平衡。本次活动以“彩虹誓约”呼应慧智健体的创意形式，同时象征承诺与多彩的官考奋斗历程，突出“冲刺巅峰”的备考目标感，累计超400名学生完成了彩虹跑宣誓环节。
The 2025 CIE Assessment Pledge Rally integrated key elements of school development: Wisdom, Intelligence, and Physical Fitness (Color Run & Exam Confessions) + Scientific Preparation ("Heart-Nurturing Project" Guidance) + Integrity Pledge (Exam Regulations & Collective Oath) to strike a balance between solemnity and passion. The "Rainbow Pledge" concept creatively embodied Wisdom, Intelligence, and Physical Fitness, symbolizing both commitment and the diverse journey of exam preparation, highlighting the "Race to the Peak" goal. Over 400 students participated in the Color Run pledge segment.

2025年6月6日，融合部八年级青春仪式正式举办。本次仪式主题为“聚星揽月 逐梦青春----- 之 “光”启未来”。通过棱镜折射的光芒，展示出青春的耀眼和多样。回望整个学期的精心筹备，这是一场精诚协作的华美序曲。学期内八年级团队和宣传组团队协调合作，现场活动充满了活力和激情，仪式感满满。“聚星揽月 逐梦青春——之光启未来”，结合物理学棱镜色散的现象给青春赋予“七色光芒”。恰如一束未来之光，明亮因家校共举，穿透少年的坚毅，助力国际部学子未来绽放博慧华彩。
On June 6, 2025, the Integrated Division Eighth Grade Youth Ceremony was officially held. Themed "Gathering Stars, Reaching for the Moon, Chasing Youth Dreams -- The 'Light' That Ignites the Future," it used the metaphor of light refracted through a prism to showcase the brilliance and diversity of youth. Looking back on the semester's meticulous preparation, it was a magnificent prelude born of sincere collaboration. The combined efforts of the Grade 8 team and the publicity team resulted in a vibrant, passionate, and deeply ceremonial event. "Gathering Stars, Reaching for the Moon, Chasing Youth Dreams -- The Light That Ignites the Future" drew inspiration from the physics of prismatic dispersion, imbuing youth with "seven-colored light." Like a beam of future light, brightened by the joint efforts of home and school, it pierces the perseverance of youth, empowering International Division students to radiate Bo Hui brilliance in the future.
2025届12年级毕业典礼（国际部&致远部）暨成人礼“青翼乘风，十八而砺”不仅是一场仪式，更是一段凝聚成长、责任与感恩的青春华章。从策划到筹备，学部倾注了大量心血，在主题设计、环节创新、文化传承等方面反复打磨，力求为毕业生打造一场既有传统底蕴又充满时代意义的难忘典礼。
The 2025 Grade 12 Graduation Ceremony (International Division & Zhi Yuan Division) & Coming-of-Age Ceremony, "Youth Wings Riding the Wind, Tempered at Eighteen," was more than just a ceremony; it was a chapter of youth crystallizing growth, responsibility, and gratitude. From planning to preparation, the division invested immense effort, meticulously refining the theme design, innovative segments, and cultural elements to create an unforgettable ceremony steeped in tradition yet brimming with contemporary significance for the graduates.
【IYLS亚太青年领袖峰会活动筹备】IYLS Asia-Pacific Youth Leadership Summit Preparation
2024年11月IYLS 青年领袖峰会，以及积极推广各项海外研学活动（Alevel，日本项目等） 今年 11 月，来自苏州科技城外国语的数名同学们由邱颂文老师带队，前往马来西亚槟城参加。一年一度的IYLS 青年领袖峰会活动。在 SDGs（可持续发展目标游戏）的框架从 environment, culture, health，education 四个话题来呈现他们的研究成果，在他们的展示中，每个成员都积极参与，合作完成。最终，苏科外代表队获得 Best Collaboration Award（最佳团队合作奖）；张何杰同学获Most inquisitive Award（最具好奇心奖）。奖项固然是对同学们的极大肯定，但学习与思考、实践的过程，才是此次峰会最大的意义。
In November 2024, several students from Suzhou Science and Technology Town Foreign Language School, led by Teacher Qiu Songwen, traveled to Penang, Malaysia, to participate in the annual IYLS Youth Leadership Summit. Within the framework of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals simulation), they presented their research findings across four topics: Environment, Culture, Health, and Education. Every member actively participated and collaborated during their presentations. Ultimately, the SSTFLS delegation won the Best Collaboration Award, and student Zhang Hejie received the Most Inquisitive Award. While the awards are significant recognition, the true value of the summit lay in the learning, critical thinking, and practical experience gained throughout the process.
